Every order is carefully prepared and dispatched from the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners to ensure it arrives safely, securely and in perfect condition. All shipments are fully tracked and insured, giving you complete peace of mind from dispatch through to delivery.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

All in-stock items are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 1–2 working days
  • Europe: 2–5 working days
  • United States: 3–5 working days
  • Rest of the World: 3–7 working days

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking details.

Duties & Taxes Included

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid).

This means all applicable duties and taxes are included in the final purchase price, with no additional import charges due upon delivery.

Secure & Fully Insured Shipping

Every Prestex order is shipped using fully tracked and insured courier services, typically via FedEx or DHL.

For added security, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Pre-Orders & Limited Editions

For pre-order and limited-edition models, including releases such as the Marcato Jumping Hour, estimated delivery dates will be clearly displayed on the relevant product page.

We'll keep you updated throughout the production process and confirm dispatch before your order is shipped.

30-Day Returns

We want every Prestex watch to be worn and enjoyed with complete confidence.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and in their original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and documentation
  • Free from marks, scratches or any signs of wear

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
